At Average Stoner, we partner with a network of trusted US-based suppliers to bring you a wide variety of quality products. This means your order is shipped directly from our supplier’s warehouse to your doorstep. This process allows us to offer a huge selection, but it also means shipping times can vary. We appreciate your patience and understanding!
Order Processing & Delivery Times
- Processing Time: Please allow 1-2 business days for our suppliers to process your order and prepare it for shipment. Orders are processed daily, except for national holidays and Sundays.
- Tracking Information: You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details within 2-3 business days of placing your order.

Shipping Costs
We have worked to make our shipping costs as fair and transparent as possible. The final cost is calculated at checkout based on your order total, the items in your cart, and your shipping destination.
Shipping to the United States
For US orders, we offer a tiered flat-rate system, as well as live rates for certain items to ensure you get the most accurate price.
- Orders $0.01 – $249.99: Shipping is calculated based on the specific items in your cart.

For all other international destinations, shipping is calculated with a base fee plus a per-item charge.

Important Notes
- Incorrect Address: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned, you will be responsible for the re-shipping fee.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier’s tracking has marked them as “Delivered”. If this happens, we recommend you file a claim with the carrier.
- International Customs & Duties: For orders shipped outside of the United States, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by your country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs.
